Inconel reactors (IN600/625)

Various chemical studies, experiments and processes have reagents/products which are highly corrosive and can corrode stainless steel quickly. For such corrosive environments, Inconel reactors are the most suitable. The reactors are made of Inconel 625 or Inconel 600 and depending on the process conditions and temperature and pressure, these are highly suitable for certain oxidizing as well as reducing media. In such reactors, all wettted parts are made of Inconel and only the non-wetted parts are made of SS. Besides their excellent corrosion resistance, these provide high temperature and pressure resistance characteristics.
