Hydrothermal reactors

The labmate series of high pressure stirred hydrothermal reactors ranges from 500ml to 2 ltr. These lab pressure reactors are the most popular type and are used by scientists & chemists around the world. They give great flexibility to the user for applications including research, QC and process optimization. The standard series is mounted on an SS trolley with heating, cooling & stirring arrangements, high torque zero leakage magnetic couplings, quick opening clamp design, inlet-outlet valves, pressure gauge, safety rupture disc & SS control panel with programmable temperature & speed controller. The L/D ratio of reactor vessel & the impeller design is optimized to give best-in-class conversion & yield. These high pressure autoclaves can be offered with fixed head vessel pneumatic raising lowering & tilting arrangement for ease of draining. These high pressure vessels are machined from a solid forged bar stock without any welding for improved safety & corrosion resistance. SS316 material with 100 bar @ 300°C rating are quickest available running models with option upto 350 bar & 500°C & other materials. All these reactors are designed as per ASME Section VIII Div 1/2 and are duly certified by local inspecting body and registered on the Australian Worksafe.
