Hastelloy reactors (C276/C22/Hastelloy B)

Various chemical studies, experiments and processes have reagents/products which are highly corrosive and can corrode stainless steel quickly. For such corrosive environments, Hastelloy reactors are the most suitable. The reactors are made of Hastelloy C276 or C22 or B and depending on the process conditions and temperature and pressure, these are highly suitable for certain oxidizing media. In such reactors, all wettted parts are made of Hastelloy and only the non-wetted parts are made of SS. Besides their excellent corrosion resistance, these provide high temperature and pressure resistance characteristics.
